Show Notes

Sam is a clinical psychologist as well as being the founder and host of Tough Talk. Tough talk is a web series created to reduce the stigma surrounding Men’s Mental Health in New Zealand and beyond.

Over the past couple of year, Sam has been of no fixed abode as he travels around New Zealand in his trusty Van, Haz the Hiace. He is adventuring and discovering everyday Kiwi’s view of being a man, as well as finding out what I do for the well-being of themselves, their families, and communities.
